Pre-University Portfolio Course
Thursdays from 4:15pm to 5:45pm
The Pre-University Portfolio Course at CLIP AdvancEd is an advanced programme designed for students aged 15 and above who are preparing for higher education in the arts and require a competitive, well-structured portfolio. Held once a week, this studio-based course provides focused training in key areas of contemporary art practice, including figurative drawing, observational studies, acrylic and oil painting, mixed-media experimentation, abstraction, composition, and concept development. Under the guidance of an experienced fine artist, students receive individual mentorship, tailored critique, and professional support in shaping a portfolio aligned with international art school expectations. Throughout the programme, participants complete university-level studio assignments, develop personal artistic projects, and receive professional documentation of their work. All students are awarded a Certificate of Completion and recorded study hours, leaving the course with a coherent portfolio that reflects both technical ability and artistic intention.
